AKB s.r.l.c.r., hereinafter referred to as "Akbproject.com" or "akbproject" provides software for web design and related services through its website "https://www.akbproject.com". Akbproject.com you will be required to confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set out on this page. During the purchase phase of the subscription, you will be asked to confirm that you have carefully read the information on this page and that you understand what is written and that you accept all the terms and conditions on this page
1) License & Copyright
1.1) Models and extensions for Joomla contain files developed in "PHP" language whose license complies with the GPL license, all other types of files, including Images, Style Sheets and JavaScript of the products that can be downloaded through any paid subscription are protected by copyright law. In each file the type of license or copyright and the respective authors are indicated at the beginning of the same.
1.2) Our products can be modified freely with any type of modification deemed necessary by the purchaser, to make the product conform to their needs.
1.3) The sale or redistribution of our products is not permitted, through any online or offline sales system, such as your own websites or third-party marketplaces, or storage media such as CDs or USB keys.
1.4) The copyright at the bottom of the page is removable or modifiable, you can remove it or modify it easily from the template administration panel, the copyright in the model XML file cannot be removed or modified in any case.
2) Domain & Support
2.1) There are no restrictions or limitations for the installation of our products, it is possible to install our products on an unlimited number of domains.
2.2) Technical support is granted exclusively for the domains associated with your Download ID/Download Key, generated at the first use of the product and automatically detected by the system. The maximum number of supported domains is indicated in the description of the subscription plans. If support is requested for domains exceeding the number of purchased licenses, or not associated with a valid Download ID, support will not be provided. 2.3) Support is limited to the subscription period, so we will not provide support for expired subscriptions.
2.4) Templates and extensions are made available in their delivered state, without any warranty that they will function as intended or operate with other extensions, templates, or third-party products. Compatibility is not guaranteed for future updates to Joomla or other third-party extensions.
2.5) The support can be offered through the forum, or if there is another messaging system, please read carefully the type of support offered in the subscription features, before proceeding with the purchase.
2.6) Support is limited to corrections of possible native malfunctions, installation and configuration explanations.

3) Unauthorized uses
3.1) It is forbidden to use our products for illegal purposes, some examples could be: websites that instigate or promote, violence, racial hatred, terrorism, child pornography and anything else foreseen in this regard by the laws of the European Community.
4) Subscriptions
4.1) The subscription is completed by selecting the desired subscription plan and entering your details. Prices are indicated excluding VAT, which will be calculated according to the law based on your country of residence or business location.
4.2) Access credentials are chosen and entered directly by the user during registration. After the payment is successfully processed, the user will receive a confirmation email at the address provided, with instructions for accessing the services. Please always check your spam folder, as delivery may sometimes take up to one hour. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 2-4 hours, please contact us for verification.
4.3) Payments are processed through the paypal platform.
4.4) It is not possible to resell or transfer to third parties, access their subscriptions or subscriptions. Use is strictly personal, both private and corporate.
4.5) The creation of an account on akbproject.com implies the responsibility for the account itself and for what happens with its use. In the case of unauthorized use, it is advisable to report it immediately to akbproject.com, in case of non-compliant use, akbproject reserves the right to suspend the account.
4.6) The bonuses and the coupons give the right to discounts for the purchase of subscriptions, but are bound to a certain period of time, as specified in the presentations of the bonuses or coupons themselves, it is also specified if they can be reusable or not. A coupon or bonus generated for a specific registered user can only be used through the account of the specified user.
4.7) Anti-fraud, product downloads are available immediately after registration and payment. However, all purchases of our customers can be suspended for a possible manual control of the frauds up to the revision of the Paypal payment system. You will receive a detailed payment email about what happened. Fraud control occurs due to the increasing number of fraudulent transactions by people who are not credit card holders actually used during the purchase. If a payment is reported as a "fraudulent payment", we will cancel the account and provide our assistance to the payment platform, to cancel or refund the payment.
5) Images & Logos
5.1) The images used for our models have the sole and sole purpose of representing the possibilities of development of the model, are and remain the property of the respective authors, therefore the images that are part of the demo installations are not supplied under any circumstances with the our models, in the quickstart versions are replaced with fictitious images. The user is responsible for replacing such images before publishing the website in production.
6) Third Parties - Extensions (Components, Modules, Plugins, more)
6.1) In the demo of our products we provide only a representation of the style of any third-party extensions, but we do not provide the same extensions, which must be purchased at the owners' sites.
6.2 Third-party extensions are uninstalled and not present in the quickstart versions provided, except for particular agreements with the original suppliers; in such cases, the presence of these extensions will be specified in the description before download.
7. Disclaimer
The Akbproject.com products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. In no event will Akbproject.com be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products. It is recommended to always make a Backup or Save before proceeding with the installation of our products. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence where required by law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to these terms and conditions, the court of jurisdiction provided by applicable law will have exclusive jurisdiction.

1.3) La vendita o la ridistribuzione dei nostri prodotti non è consentita, attraverso alcun sistema di vendita online o offline, come siti Web sia propri che marketpalce di terze parti, supporti di archiviazione come CD o chiavi USB.
1.4) Il copyright in fondo alla pagina è rimovibile o modificabile, puoi rimuoverlo o modificarlo facilmente dal pannello di amministrazione del template, il copyright nel file XML del modello non può essere rimosso o modificato in nessun caso.
2) Dominio e supporto
2.1) Non ci sono restrizioni o limitazioni per l'installazione dei nostri prodotti, è possibile installare i nostri prodotti su un numero illimitato di domini.
2.2) Il supporto tecnico è concesso esclusivamente per i domini associati ai propri Download ID/Download Key, generati al momento del primo utilizzo del prodotto e rilevati automaticamente dal sistema. Il numero massimo di domini supportati è indicato nella descrizione dei piani di abbonamento. In caso di richiesta di supporto per domini che eccedano il numero di licenze acquistate, o non risultino associati a un Download ID valido, il supporto non verrà fornito. 2.3) Il supporto è limitato al periodo di abbonamento, pertanto non forniremo supporto per gli abbonamenti scaduti.
2.4) I modelli e le estensioni sono disponibili nel loro stato di consegna, senza garanzia che funzionino come previsto o che possano funzionare con altre estensioni, modelli o prodotti di terze parti e non si garantisce la compatibilità futura in caso di aggiornamenti di Joomla o di altre estensioni di terzi
2.5) Il supporto può essere offerto attraverso il forum, o se è presente un altro sistema di messaggistica, si prega di leggere attentamente il tipo di supporto offerto nelle funzionalità dell' abbonamento, prima di procedere con l'acquisto.
2.6) Il supporto è limitato alle correzioni di possibili malfunzionamenti nativi, spiegazioni di installazione e configurazione.

3) Usi non autorizzati
3.1) È vietato utilizzare i nostri prodotti per scopi illegali, alcuni esempi potrebbero essere: siti web che istigano o promuovono, violenza, odio razziale, terrorismo, pedopornografia e quant'altro previsto al riguardo dalle leggi della Comunità Europea.
4) Abbonamenti
4.1) L’iscrizione avviene selezionando il piano di abbonamento desiderato e inserendo i propri dati. I prezzi sono indicati al netto di IVA, che sarà calcolata in base alla normativa vigente in base al paese di residenza o sede.
4.2) Le credenziali di accesso vengono scelte e inserite direttamente dall’utente durante la fase di registrazione. Dopo l’elaborazione corretta del pagamento, l’utente riceverà una e-mail di conferma all’indirizzo fornito. Si raccomanda di controllare sempre la cartella "spam" della propria casella di posta elettronica, poiché la ricezione della e-mail può richiedere in alcuni casi fino a 1 ora. Se non dovessi ricevere la mail di conferma entro 2-4 ore dal pagamento, ti invitiamo a contattarci per una verifica.
4.3) I pagamenti vengono processati attraverso la piattaforma paypal.
4.4) Non è possibile rivendere o cedere a terzi i propri abbonamenti. L'uso è strettamente personale, sia privato che aziendale.
4.5) La creazione di un account su akbproject.com implica la responsabilità dell'account stesso e di quanto accade con il suo utilizzo. In caso di utilizzo non autorizzato si consiglia di segnalarlo immediatamente ad
4.6) I bonus e i coupon danno diritto a sconti per l'acquisto di abbonamenti, ma sono vincolati ad un certo periodo di tempo, come specificato nelle presentazioni dei bonus o coupon stessi, viene inoltre specificato se possono essere riutilizzabili o non. Un coupon o un bonus generato per uno specifico utente registrato può essere utilizzato solo tramite l'account dell'utente specificato.
4.7) Antifrode, i download dei prodotti sono disponibili immediatamente dopo la registrazione e il pagamento. Tuttavia, tutti gli acquisti dei nostri clienti possono essere sospesi per un eventuale controllo manuale delle frodi fino alla revisione del sistema di pagamento Paypal. Riceverai un'e-mail di pagamento dettagliata su quanto accaduto. Il controllo delle frodi avviene a causa del numero crescente di transazioni fraudolente da parte di persone che non sono titolari di carte di credito effettivamente utilizzate durante l'acquisto. 5.1) Le immagini utilizzate per i nostri modelli hanno il solo ed unico scopo di rappresentare le possibilità di sviluppo del modello, sono e rimangono di proprietà dei rispettivi autori, pertanto le immagini che fanno parte delle installazioni demo non vengono fornite in nessun caso con i nostri modelli, nelle versioni quickstart vengono sostituiti con immagini fittizie, L’utente è responsabile di sostituire tali immagini prima di pubblicare il sito in produzione.
6) Terze parti - Estensioni (Componenti, Moduli, Plugin, altro)
6.1) Nella demo dei nostri prodotti forniamo solo una rappresentazione dello stile di eventuali estensioni di terze parti, ma non forniamo le stesse estensioni, che devono essere acquistate presso i siti dei proprietari.
6.2 Le estensioni di terze parti vengono disinstallare e non sono presenti nelle versioni quickstart fornite, salvo situazioni e accordi particolari con i fornitori delle stesse, in quei casi la presenza delle estensioni verrà segnalata nella descrizione prima del download.
7. Dichiarazione di non responsabilità
I prodotti Akbproject.com sono forniti "così come sono" senza garanzie di alcun tipo, espresse o implicite. In nessun caso Akbproject.com sarà responsabile per eventuali danni, inclusi, ma non limitati a, danni diretti, indiretti, speciali, incidentali o consequenziali o altre perdite derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di utilizzare i nostri prodotti. Si consiglia di effettuare sempre un Backup o un Salvataggio prima di procedere con l'installazione dei nostri prodotti. Nulla in questi Termini & Condizioni limita la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave laddove previsto dalla legge.
8. Legge applicabile e foro competente
Le presenti condizioni sono regolate dalla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia relativa ai presenti termini e condizioni, sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di competenza previsto dalla normativa vigente.
