Terms and Conditions
This page governs the purchase and use of software products and related digital services provided by AKB Project through the akbproject.com website.
AKB Project provides software products (“Software”) and related services (“Services”), including access to downloads, updates, technical support and other services included in the purchased plan.
By making a purchase or using AKB Project Software or Services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1) License and Copyright
AKB Project products may include components, modules, plugins, templates, graphic files, scripts and other digital materials.
Software distributed by AKB Project is made available under the applicable license terms, including the GNU General Public License (GPL) where applicable.
Purchasing an AKB Project plan does not constitute the purchase or transfer of ownership of the Software or of the software license itself. The purchased plan provides access to the Services, downloads, updates, technical support and other benefits included in that plan.
Other materials, including graphic elements, images, stylesheets, JavaScript, documentation and additional content, may be subject to copyright or specific terms of use.
Customers may modify and customize the Software according to the rights granted by the applicable license and to suit their own requirements.
It is not permitted to resell, redistribute, share or make AKB Project products available to third parties as standalone products, either free of charge or for payment, unless expressly authorized or otherwise permitted by the applicable license.
Products may be used to create websites or projects for clients, subject to the conditions of the purchased plan and the applicable licenses.
2) Plans, License Codes and Website Coverage
AKB Project offers service plans that include, for the applicable period, access to available downloads, updates, technical support and the other Services specified in the purchased plan.
Software obtained through the plan may be installed and used on an unlimited number of websites, subject to the applicable license terms. However, the number of websites covered by updates and technical support depends on the purchased plan.
Coverage is managed through the license codes associated with the purchase.
AKB Project license codes are used to identify the websites covered by update and support Services and do not represent the sale of a temporary software usage license.
Software already obtained may continue to be used after the updates and support period expires, subject to the applicable license terms.
Renewal is required only to continue receiving updates, technical support and the other Services included in the plan.
License codes must not be shared, transferred or used in a way that does not comply with the conditions of the plan.
3) Purchases and Payments
Prices published on the website exclude VAT.
Applicable VAT is added at checkout where required.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at the time of purchase, including PayPal and Stripe.
AKB Project does not directly store complete payment card details processed by payment providers.
Once payment has been confirmed, the plan is activated immediately and the customer receives access to the downloads, updates, technical support and other Services included in the purchased plan.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during purchase and for the security of their account.
In the event of unauthorized account use, the customer should contact us promptly.
4) Updates, Support and Renewals
Each plan includes the updates and support period indicated at the time of purchase.
During the active period, the customer may receive updates and technical support for the number of websites covered by the plan.
Renewal after expiration is optional and applies only to the continuation of updates, technical support and the other Services associated with the plan.
Plans are not renewed automatically.
The expiration or non-renewal of a plan does not limit the customer’s right to continue using Software already obtained, subject to the applicable license terms.
If the customer does not renew, access to new updates, technical support and the other Services included in the plan will end.

5) Refunds
The Services associated with the purchase begin immediately upon payment confirmation, with access to downloads, updates, technical support and the other Services included in the purchased plan being activated.
AKB Project voluntarily offers a commercial refund policy subject to the conditions set out in our Payment & Refund Policy.
Refund requests are therefore handled exclusively in accordance with that policy, which defines the applicable conditions, time limits, procedures and exclusions.
Any mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
6) Permitted and Prohibited Use
AKB Project Software and Services must be used exclusively for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable law, these Terms and Conditions and the rights of third parties.
Permitted uses include:
- using the products for your own projects;
- using the products on websites created for clients;
- modifying and customizing the products according to your needs and the applicable license terms;
- continuing to use Software already obtained after the updates and support period expires, subject to the applicable license terms.
The following uses are not permitted:
- using AKB Project products or Services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activities;
- violating intellectual property rights, privacy, data protection rights or other rights of third parties;
- distributing, publishing or facilitating unlawful content or activities;
- compromising the security, integrity or operation of websites, systems, networks or third-party services;
- bypassing access controls, technical restrictions or systems related to AKB Project Services and updates;
- reselling or redistributing AKB Project products as standalone products in violation of the applicable license or these Terms;
- sharing license codes, accounts or Services with unauthorized parties;
- making products available through unauthorized download websites, marketplaces, archives or similar services;
- using the Software in a way that conflicts with the applicable license terms;
- using the Software or Services in a way that causes unlawful harm to AKB Project, its customers or third parties.
AKB Project reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to Services associated with a purchase in cases of unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unauthorized use or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
If conduct by the customer that violates applicable law or these Terms and Conditions results in claims, demands, damages, costs or proceedings against AKB Project, the customer shall be responsible for the consequences directly resulting from such conduct, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7) Third-Party Products and Services
AKB Project products may interact with extensions, services, payment providers, shipping carriers, APIs or other systems managed by third parties.
We cannot guarantee continuous operation or permanent compatibility with every external product or service.
Changes introduced by third parties may require updates or adaptations to AKB Project products.
AKB Project is not responsible for the operation, availability or terms applied by third-party products or services.
When we recommend or integrate a third-party product or service, this does not imply that AKB Project provides technical support for that third-party product or service unless otherwise stated.
8) Demo Content, Images and Logos
Demo websites, templates and quickstart packages may include images, logos, text or other content used for demonstration purposes only.
Such materials may belong to their respective owners or may be subject to specific licenses.
Unless otherwise stated, content used in demos should not automatically be considered included with a license permitting its use on a production website.
The customer is responsible for verifying the licenses and rights applicable to content used in their own projects.
9) Product Availability
AKB Project may update, modify, replace or discontinue products and features over time.
Updates may include fixes, improvements, technical changes or adjustments required to maintain compatibility with Joomla or external services.
We cannot guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged over time.
Where possible, we aim to maintain product continuity and compatibility throughout the normal development cycle.
10) Limitation of Liability
AKB Project Software is provided for use within the compatible environments and versions specified in the relevant documentation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AKB Project shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of profits, business interruption or other damages resulting from the use, inability to use or incorrect configuration of the Software or Services.
The customer is responsible for the management, maintenance and security of their website, server and data.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11) Account and Security
The customer is responsible for the security of their credentials and for all activity carried out through their account.
The account must not be shared with unauthorized parties where this would provide access to products, license codes or Services not included in the purchased plan.
In the event of suspicious activity, security concerns or unauthorized use, AKB Project may temporarily suspend access to Services while carrying out the necessary checks.
12) Coupons, Discounts and Promotions
Coupons, discounts and promotions may be subject to specific conditions, validity periods and limitations.
Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be converted into cash, transferred or used beyond the stated validity period.
AKB Project reserves the right to modify or discontinue a promotion in accordance with the conditions communicated when the promotion was published.
13) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
For consumer customers, all mandatory protections and rules provided by applicable law remain in force, including any jurisdiction specifically established for consumer protection.

La presente pagina disciplina l’acquisto e l’utilizzo dei prodotti software e dei servizi digitali correlati forniti da AKB Project attraverso il sito web akbproject.com.
AKB Project fornisce prodotti software (“Software”) e servizi correlati (“Servizi”), inclusi accesso ai download, aggiornamenti, supporto tecnico e gli altri servizi previsti dal piano acquistato.
Effettuando un acquisto o utilizzando Software o Servizi AKB Project, il cliente dichiara di aver letto, compreso e accettato i presenti Termini e Condizioni.
1) Licenza e Copyright
I prodotti AKB Project possono comprendere componenti, moduli, plugin, template, file grafici, script e altri materiali digitali.
Il Software distribuito da AKB Project viene messo a disposizione secondo le condizioni di licenza applicabili, inclusa la GNU General Public License (GPL) ove applicabile.
L’acquisto di un piano AKB Project non costituisce acquisto o trasferimento della proprietà del Software o della licenza software stessa. Il piano acquistato fornisce accesso ai Servizi, ai download, agli aggiornamenti, al supporto tecnico e agli altri benefici inclusi nel piano.
Altri materiali, inclusi elementi grafici, immagini, fogli di stile, JavaScript, documentazione e contenuti accessori, possono essere soggetti a copyright o a condizioni di utilizzo specifiche.
Il cliente può modificare e personalizzare il Software secondo i diritti concessi dalla licenza applicabile e in base alle proprie esigenze.
Non è consentito rivendere, redistribuire, condividere o mettere a disposizione di terzi i prodotti AKB Project come prodotti autonomi, gratuitamente o a pagamento, salvo espressa autorizzazione o ove diversamente consentito dalla licenza applicabile.
I prodotti possono essere utilizzati per realizzare siti web o progetti destinati ai propri clienti, nel rispetto delle condizioni del piano acquistato e delle licenze applicabili.
2) Piani, Codici Licenza e Copertura dei Siti
AKB Project offre piani di servizio che includono, per il periodo previsto, accesso ai download disponibili, aggiornamenti, supporto tecnico e gli altri Servizi indicati nel piano acquistato.
Il Software ottenuto attraverso il piano può essere installato e utilizzato su un numero illimitato di siti web, nel rispetto delle condizioni di licenza applicabili. Il numero di siti coperti da aggiornamenti e supporto tecnico dipende invece dal piano acquistato.
La copertura viene gestita tramite i codici licenza associati all’acquisto.
I codici licenza AKB Project vengono utilizzati per identificare i siti coperti dai Servizi di aggiornamento e supporto e non rappresentano la vendita di una licenza temporanea d’uso del Software.
Il Software già ottenuto può continuare a essere utilizzato anche dopo la scadenza del periodo di aggiornamenti e supporto, nel rispetto delle condizioni di licenza applicabili.
Il rinnovo è necessario solo per continuare a ricevere aggiornamenti, supporto tecnico e gli altri Servizi inclusi nel piano.
I codici licenza non devono essere condivisi, ceduti o utilizzati in modo non conforme alle condizioni del piano.
3) Acquisti e Pagamenti
I prezzi pubblicati sul sito sono indicati al netto dell’IVA.
L’IVA applicabile viene aggiunta al checkout ove richiesta.
I pagamenti vengono elaborati tramite i metodi di pagamento disponibili al momento dell’acquisto, inclusi PayPal e Stripe.
AKB Project non memorizza direttamente i dati completi delle carte di pagamento elaborati dai provider di pagamento.
Una volta confermato il pagamento, il piano viene attivato immediatamente e il cliente ottiene accesso ai download, agli aggiornamenti, al supporto tecnico e agli altri Servizi inclusi nel piano acquistato.
Il cliente è responsabile della correttezza delle informazioni fornite durante l’acquisto e della sicurezza del proprio account.
In caso di utilizzo non autorizzato dell’account, il cliente è invitato a contattarci tempestivamente.
4) Aggiornamenti, Supporto e Rinnovi
Ogni piano include il periodo di aggiornamenti e supporto indicato al momento dell’acquisto.
Durante il periodo attivo, il cliente può ricevere aggiornamenti e supporto tecnico per il numero di siti coperti dal piano.
Alla scadenza, il rinnovo è facoltativo e riguarda esclusivamente la prosecuzione degli aggiornamenti, del supporto tecnico e degli altri Servizi associati al piano.
I piani non vengono rinnovati automaticamente.
La scadenza o il mancato rinnovo del piano non limita il diritto del cliente di continuare a utilizzare il Software già ottenuto, nel rispetto delle condizioni di licenza applicabili.
Se il cliente non rinnova, terminerà l’accesso ai nuovi aggiornamenti, al supporto tecnico e agli altri Servizi inclusi nel piano.

5) Rimborsi
I Servizi associati all’acquisto hanno inizio immediatamente alla conferma del pagamento, con l’attivazione dell’accesso ai download, agli aggiornamenti, al supporto tecnico e agli altri Servizi inclusi nel piano acquistato.
AKB Project offre volontariamente una politica commerciale di rimborso secondo le condizioni indicate nella nostra Payment & Refund Policy.
Le richieste di rimborso sono pertanto gestite esclusivamente secondo quanto previsto da tale policy, che definisce condizioni, tempi, modalità ed eventuali esclusioni applicabili.
Restano in ogni caso impregiudicati eventuali diritti inderogabili previsti dalla normativa applicabile.
6) Utilizzi Consentiti e Non Consentiti
Il Software e i Servizi AKB Project devono essere utilizzati esclusivamente per scopi leciti, nel rispetto della normativa applicabile, dei presenti Termini e Condizioni e dei diritti di terzi.
È consentito:
- utilizzare i prodotti per progetti propri;
- utilizzare i prodotti su siti web realizzati per clienti;
- modificare e personalizzare i prodotti secondo le proprie esigenze e nel rispetto delle condizioni di licenza applicabili;
- continuare a utilizzare il Software già ottenuto anche dopo la scadenza del periodo di aggiornamenti e supporto, nel rispetto delle condizioni di licenza applicabili.
Non è consentito:
- utilizzare i prodotti o i Servizi AKB Project per attività illegali, fraudolente, abusive o ingannevoli;
- violare diritti di proprietà intellettuale, privacy, protezione dei dati o altri diritti di terzi;
- distribuire, pubblicare o agevolare contenuti o attività illecite;
- compromettere la sicurezza, l’integrità o il funzionamento di siti web, sistemi, reti o servizi di terzi;
- aggirare controlli di accesso, limitazioni tecniche o sistemi collegati ai Servizi e agli aggiornamenti AKB Project;
- rivendere o redistribuire i prodotti AKB Project come prodotti autonomi in violazione della licenza applicabile o dei presenti Termini;
- condividere codici licenza, account o Servizi con soggetti non autorizzati;
- rendere disponibili i prodotti attraverso siti di download non autorizzati, marketplace, archivi o servizi simili;
- utilizzare il Software in modo contrario alle condizioni della licenza applicabile;
- utilizzare il Software o i Servizi in modo tale da arrecare danni illeciti ad AKB Project, ai suoi clienti o a soggetti terzi.
AKB Project si riserva il diritto di sospendere o revocare l’accesso ai Servizi associati all’acquisto in caso di utilizzo illecito, fraudolento, abusivo o comunque non autorizzato, oppure in caso di violazione dei presenti Termini e Condizioni.
Qualora un comportamento del cliente contrario alla normativa applicabile o ai presenti Termini e Condizioni provochi reclami, richieste, danni, costi o procedimenti nei confronti di AKB Project, il cliente sarà responsabile delle conseguenze direttamente derivanti da tale comportamento, nei limiti previsti dalla normativa applicabile.
7) Prodotti e Servizi di Terze Parti
I prodotti AKB Project possono interagire con estensioni, servizi, provider di pagamento, corrieri, API o altri sistemi gestiti da terze parti.
Non possiamo garantire il funzionamento continuo o la compatibilità permanente con ogni prodotto o servizio esterno.
Modifiche introdotte da terze parti possono richiedere aggiornamenti o adattamenti ai prodotti AKB Project.
AKB Project non è responsabile del funzionamento, della disponibilità o delle condizioni applicate da prodotti o servizi di terze parti.
Quando consigliamo o integriamo un prodotto o servizio di terze parti, ciò non implica che AKB Project fornisca supporto tecnico per tale prodotto o servizio, salvo diversa indicazione.
8) Contenuti Demo, Immagini e Loghi
I siti demo, i template e i pacchetti quickstart possono includere immagini, loghi, testi o altri contenuti utilizzati esclusivamente a scopo dimostrativo.
Tali materiali possono appartenere ai rispettivi proprietari o essere soggetti a licenze specifiche.
Salvo diversa indicazione, i contenuti utilizzati nelle demo non devono essere considerati automaticamente inclusi con una licenza che ne consenta l’utilizzo in un sito di produzione.
Il cliente è responsabile della verifica delle licenze e dei diritti applicabili ai contenuti utilizzati nei propri progetti.
9) Disponibilità dei Prodotti
AKB Project può aggiornare, modificare, sostituire o interrompere prodotti e funzionalità nel corso del tempo.
Gli aggiornamenti possono includere correzioni, miglioramenti, modifiche tecniche o adeguamenti necessari per mantenere la compatibilità con Joomla o con servizi esterni.
Non possiamo garantire che ogni funzionalità rimanga invariata nel tempo.
Quando possibile, cerchiamo di mantenere la continuità e la compatibilità dei prodotti durante il normale ciclo di sviluppo.
10) Limitazione di Responsabilità
Il Software AKB Project viene fornito per essere utilizzato negli ambienti e nelle versioni compatibili indicate nella relativa documentazione.
Nella misura consentita dalla normativa applicabile, AKB Project non può essere ritenuto responsabile per danni indiretti, perdita di dati, perdita di profitti, interruzione dell’attività o altri danni derivanti dall’utilizzo, dall’impossibilità di utilizzo o da configurazioni non corrette del Software o dei Servizi.
Il cliente è responsabile della gestione, manutenzione e sicurezza del proprio sito web, server e dati.
Nulla nei presenti Termini e Condizioni limita o esclude diritti o responsabilità che non possono essere esclusi o limitati ai sensi della normativa applicabile.
11) Account e Sicurezza
Il cliente è responsabile della sicurezza delle proprie credenziali e di tutte le attività effettuate tramite il proprio account.
L’account non deve essere condiviso con soggetti non autorizzati quando ciò comporti l’accesso a prodotti, codici licenza o Servizi non inclusi nel piano acquistato.
In caso di attività sospette, problemi di sicurezza o utilizzi non autorizzati, AKB Project può temporaneamente sospendere l’accesso ai Servizi per effettuare le necessarie verifiche.
12) Coupon, Sconti e Promozioni
Coupon, sconti e promozioni possono essere soggetti a condizioni specifiche, periodi di validità e limitazioni.
Salvo diversa indicazione, non possono essere convertiti in denaro, trasferiti o utilizzati oltre il periodo di validità indicato.
AKB Project si riserva il diritto di modificare o interrompere una promozione nel rispetto delle condizioni comunicate al momento della sua pubblicazione.
13) Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente
I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono regolati dalla legge italiana.
Per eventuali controversie sarà competente il foro previsto dalla normativa applicabile.
Nel caso di clienti consumatori, restano applicabili tutte le tutele e le regole inderogabili previste dalla normativa vigente, incluso l’eventuale foro specificamente previsto a tutela del consumatore.
